WHY TRAVEL WITH BELLE?
Moving easily between cultures and landscapes, Annabel Giraud-Telme who is British-born and French-raised has built a career out of sharing this juxtaposition. Bringing her love of nature that soothes the soul and the craving for exploration and adventure, she’ll invite you into a world that not many get to experience in the French Alps.
Trained under the master tailor to Queen Elizabeth II and later drawn home to the mountains, where generations of family have come from, Annabel blends the metropolitan mindset with mountain knowledge and inherited instinct. Her path from fashion and finance to integrating yoga and mindful alpine living reads less like reinvention, more like return. Her desire to build a space where she could share with others how to find balance in a world moving at lightning speed.
As a trained travel leader, she creates experiences that are as seamless as they are soulful, weaving together expert guidance, creative expression, cultural activities... grounded in the purest sense of fun. For Annabel, travel is a quiet unravelling: a chance to move, to connect, and to rediscover what feels most essential; often around a shared table, far from home.
In French, we have a word for it: dépaysement: a change of scenery which is an emotion experienced as a result of a change in habits or surroundings. It often refers to the feelings associated with being immersed in an unfamiliar environment, different from one’s home environment.
❋ Intentional MomeWe blend guided activities, open exploration, and days to hike —so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group and guides then the activities itself.
❋ Expert FacilitationLed by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
